Trabits Group was selected by Evergreen Resources Alaska to supply and manage the wellhead delivery of 2,000,000 pounds of API frac sand for Evergreen's Pioneer Unit Pilot Project. Trabits Group reviewed cost and quality of sand from several different frac producers and selected white Ottawa sand from Wedron, Illinois. Trabits Group arranged the packaging to meet Evergreen's requirements in 3,000-pound supersacks and the shipment to Alaska. Once in Alaska, Trabits Group negotiated a storage provision so the sand could be kept dry until needed at individual wells. Trabits Group managed the delivery of frac to each wellhead and coordinated the recycling of more than 650 shipping pallets and spent supersacks.
