George Trabits

President, Managing Member

Mr. Trabits has thirty years experience in the minerals industry. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Metropolitan State College and an Associate of Science degree from the University of Evansville. His industry experience includes mine development, processing, environmental regulation, health and safety and governmental affairs.

Prior to forming Trabits Group Mr. Trabits was President of Agrilite Industries, LLC. Mr. Trabits' work experience includes Manager of Environmental and Mine Engineering Amoco Minerals Company, Manager of Environmental Affairs Homestake Mining Company and Manager of Environmental, Health and Safety Oglebay Norton Company. Mr. Trabits has served as a Commissioner on the Colorado Air Quality Control Commission and President of an Area Planning Commission. Mr. Trabits is a commissioned Kentucky Colonel and a member of The Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels.

Geoff Trabits

Vice President, Manager Field Operations

Mr. Trabits has fifteen years experience in mine operation. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University. His industry experience includes mine management, equipment operation and maintenance, remote mine supply logistics, industrial mineral exploration; claim staking, control and GPS surveys. Mr. Trabits' work experience includes Manager of Field Operations Agrilite Industries, LLC, remote plant rebuild Tiaga Mining Company, underground hard rock miner Sweet Home Mine, Pit Manager Schmidt Aggregates and instrument man Contract Surveyors. Mr. Trabits holds certifications for Hazardous Materials Site Investigation and as an MSHA Mine Safety Instructor.

R. Rene Trabits

Treasurer, Manager Administration

Ms. Trabits has seven years experience in the implementation of administrative procedures for mineral development projects. Ms. Trabits' project experience includes contract administration, cost schedule status reports, insurance verification, order confirmation, quality and specification conformance, tracking shipments, wellhead delivery schedule, and recycling of shipment packaging. Ms. Trabits serves as coordinator of accounting practices for Trabits Group Joint Ventures. Ms. Trabits is certified in school food services by the national School Nutrition Association.
